All of our products are free of nuts, wheat, gluten, soy, corn and shellfish. We are a small home based business and there ARE nuts in our home. As much as we do take great care to avoid contaminations if you have a severe nut allergy please keep this in mind. Our home is a gluten and shellfish free home.

The herbs used in our products are either Wild Foraged by myself, Homegrown organically by my family and I or when necessary we purchase locally wild foraged or organic. The carrier oils we use are always organic. Some of our topical products contain essential oils. These oils are sourced to be the highest of quality.

Our products are made with pure oils, so in warmer climates the oils will liquefy. We always recommend putting your topicals in the fridge before opening it if it is summer where you live or you live in a very warm climate. This will prevent a mess when you open it and the loss of product. In very warm climates you may want to store your topicals in the fridge.

Yes, our Tea Packaging comes Biodegradable pouches and the tins for our topical products are recyclable or refillable. Here at My Holistic Home we are dedicated to keep the Earth's health as our top priority.

Learning herbal medicine at one time was knowledge passed down through the generations. Unfortunately, for the most part this is a lost art and now formal or independent study is the common way to educate. I have completed at the top of my class the "Master Clinical Herbalist" and “Herbals for Children” Program at Heart Of Herbs Herbal school. I have also been studying Holistic nutrition and Herbal medicine independently since 2006, attending seminars, wild food walks and online certificate programs.

As much as filling out an intake form can be time consuming it saves a lot of time during your consultation. I will have read over your intake form prior to our appointment so I have a indepth idea of your health concerns in advance. This will allow us to have more time to discuss herbal and lifestyle recommendations and answer any questions you may have.

We are a small family operated business. All of our products are created in-home. We take great care in keeping our work space clean and free of contaminants but please keep in mind this is not a 100% sterile facility, it is a family home.
